JULY’s Management Team is made up of a diverse group of individuals with extensive experience related to the recordkeeping and administration of retirement plans.
Lee serves as lead actuary for JULY. He has more than thirty years of experience consulting with clients on retirement actuarial matters including compliance, funding, accounting, strategy and plan design. His experience includes several major actuarial consulting forms and clients of all sizes. Lee’s education and achievements include: Fellow of the Society of Actuaries, Member of the American Academy of Actuaries, Fellow of the Conference of Consulting Actuaries, Enrolled Actuary, Member of the Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries, MBA in actuarial science from The University of Texas at Austin, BA from Baylor University.
In his free time Lee enjoys his daily jog, hiking in the hill country, and vacationing in Florida.
Director of Internal Accounting
As Director of Internal Accounting, Renee leads the team responsible for billing, collections, recording of financial transactions, and preparation of financial statements and related information.
Director of Information Technology
As Director of Information Technology, Doug leads the team responsible for the infrastructure, systems, and technology in use at JULY. He is a graduate of Texas State Technical College in both Systems Administration and Network Security with over 15 years of experience in the field of information technology.
In his free time, Doug enjoys playing guitar and amateur astronomy.
Director of Distributions and Participant Services
Beth manages the day-to-day operations and long-term management of the distributions department. Her department is responsible for processing nearly 15,000 participant loans and distribution transactions annually. Her staff includes 19 employees, both domestic and outsourced.
Beth has eight years of industry experience and she earned her certification as a Distribution Administrator through the National Institute of Pension Administrators. She likes to cook and read Christmas novels, and she's working on a family cookbook.
Director of Implementation and Recordkeeping
Sanjoy manages the day-to-day outsourced Recordkeeping Operations, keeps in constant contact with outsourced facilities and ensures the teams maintain up-to-date knowledge of core Recordkeeping processes. He assists in establishing and implementing best practices for our outsourced Recordkeeping team. Sanjoy oversees processes involving quarterly statements, quarterly fees, cash/unit reconciliation, fee disclosures, payroll services, participant enrollment, periodic client reporting as well as miscellaneous project planning for daily recordkeeping plans.
Sanjoy earned his Master’s in Business Administration from North South University (Bangladesh) in 2009 and has 7 years of industry experience. He is a member of ASPPA and holds the designations of Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) and Qualified Plan Financial Consultant (QPFC). In his spare time, he likes to watch movies, cook and spend quality time with family.
Director of Marketing and Communications
Leslie oversees JULY’s marketing and communication efforts, including participant education, plan sponsor and advisor newsletters, product websites and brochures, event promotion, and press releases. While she began her career in consumer advertising at GSD&M, she has over ten years of financial services experience and worked previously for The 401(k) Company and Schwab Retirement Plan Services Company.
Leslie graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science in Advertising and Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Culture.
Outside of work Leslie enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, and traveling.
