The JULY Sales Team is dedicated to the success of advisors, and we provide hands-on assistance to help you grow your business. Our team has many years of experience helping with all aspects of the retirement plan sales process, and we work with advisors of all experience levels.
Southeast - Regional Sales Consultant
Cassie works with advisors and retirement plan sponsors on advanced plan design, improving participant experience, and enhancing plan communications. She also assists advisors and TPA firms with lead generation, plan illustrations, proposals, and client presentations. She has over 20 years of industry experience, and prior to joining JULY worked for ASPire, Retirement Alliance, Inc., and Regions Bank (formerly AmSouth Bank).
Cassie moved to the United States from Germany when she was 17 years old. After earning a degree in accounting, she began her employee benefits career.
Cassie’s passions include spending time with her two daughters, reading, nature walks, volunteering and music. She is also very active in her church.
Director of Strategic Relationships
Adam joined JULY in 2006 and has worked extensively with both internal and external sales teams to implement excellent processes to onboard new plans and to help foster highly productive relationships with advisors. Adam currently leads the company’s efforts to forge strategic alliances with other national service providers. Within this role, Adam works closely with strategic TPA partners to help support and grow their business.
Adam graduated from Baylor University with a degree in International Political Science and Spanish. Adam enjoys traveling and exercise. He has visited more than 30 countries during his travels. Adam resides in Santa Monica, California where he continues to master the art of spotting Hollywood stars.
Northeast - Regional Sales Consultant
Brian enjoys the challenge of helping advisors, TPAs and plan sponsors best meet their unique and sometimes complex needs related to retirement plans. Brian has over 16 years of retirement plan industry experience and has worked previously at The Entrust Group, Daily Access Corporation, Columbia Management and Putnam Investments.
Brian holds degrees in Business Administration and Finance from The Catholic University of America, Washington, DC. Brian has earned Series 6, 63, and Life Insurance licenses as well as the following professional certifications: Certified IRA Services Professional (CISP), Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF) and Professional Plan Consultant (PPC).
Brian is based in Boston, MA where he resides with his wife and two young children. When not working, you’ll likely find Brian on the slopes. In addition to being an avid skier, Brian and his family love to travel (St. Lucia, Ireland and Colorado are some of his favorite places to visit).
Central - Regional Sales Consultant
Joe works with financial advisors and their clients to design and implement retirement plans including 401(k), Defined Benefit and Cash Balance plans. With over 25 years of experience, Joe has worked with over 2,000 plan sponsors to-date.
Joe is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma and holds the designations of Certified Pension Consultant (CPC), Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS), Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA), Qualified Pension Financial Consultant (QPFC) and Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF). Joe served on the board and is a past president of the ASPPA Benefits Council of Dallas-Fort Worth.
In his spare time, he enjoys researching his family history, travel and sports.
Internal Sales Consultant
Kelli works with advisors and plan sponsors throughout the sales process. From plan design to proposal creation to implementation hand-off, Kelli works quickly and accurately to ensure advisors and plan sponsors have a plan best suited to their unique needs. Formerly a Client Relationship Manager, Kelli’s career with JULY has spanned over 10 years. Kelli graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in Finance. She holds the professional designation of QKA (Qualified 401k Administrator).
In her spare time Kelli enjoys Texas Tech football, traveling, social events, spending time with family, and fantasy football. For the last 8 years she has served on the Heart of Texas Fair & Rodeo Sweetheart Committee.
Internal Sales Consultant
Beth prepares proposals and plan illustrations for advisors and their clients. Additionally, she collaborates with advisors, providing them with investment research and plan design recommendations.
Beth has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry and has held Series 6 and 63 licenses. She holds professional designations including AIF (Accredited Investment Fiduciary) and OKA (Qualified 401k Administrator).
Reading, traveling, horseback riding, and jazzercise are some of Beth’s pursuits outside of the office.
West Coast and Rocky Mountain - Regional Sales Consultant
Diana is our external sales consultant for the West Coast and South Texas. She is a Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA), who has 25 years of experience in the industry. Diana also is a member of ASPPA.
She is a Phi Theta Kappa graduate from Austin Community College with an associate of science degree in Business Administration. Diana enjoys traveling, hiking and dancing.
Midwest - Regional Sales Consultant
Scott works closely with advisors, TPAs and retirement plan sponsors on advanced plan design, improving participant experience, and enhancing communications. Scott has over 16 years of retirement plan industry experience and has worked previously at MassMutual Financial Group and Fidelity Investments.
Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Business degree from Miami University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Xavier University. Scott has earned Series 7, 63, Life, and Variable Annuities licenses.
Based in Cleveland, OH, Scott is a longtime Cleveland sports fan. He enjoys jogging, basketball, the outdoors and maintaining an active lifestyle alongside his wife and two daughters.
Internal Sales Consultant
Teresa assists financial advisors and plan sponsors in designing and implementing retirement plans. Consulting, plan design recommendations and complex plan corrections are some of the things she enjoys most about her job. Teresa has been instrumental in developing the JULY ERISA Annual Conference. The ERISA Conference is an educational event that provides both technical and sales training for financial advisors and industry partners. The conference as well as her knowledge of ever-changing ERISA and IRS rules position her as a thought leader with whom advisors and plan sponsors can collaborate.
With nearly 20 years of experience in the retirement plan industry, Teresa holds the following professional designations: Accredited Pension Administrator, APA (NIPA), Qualified 401(k) Administrator, QKA (ASPPA). She is currently pursuing the Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) credential.
Teresa’s interests outside of work include reading, traveling, and spending time with family.
