  • Payroll Consultant. Our Payroll Consultants manage client relationships and process ongoing payrolls for over 100 payroll clients. If you are detail oriented and have the ability to meet deadlines, this position might be right for you.
  • Marketing & Sales. Our payroll sales associates work directly with client prospects and other financial intermediaries to provide sales support and help grow our business. Are you a self-motivated, goal-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills?
  • New Business Specialist. Our New Business Team helps to setup new payroll clients and to prepare them for service from our Payroll Consultants. If you are detail oriented and organized and enjoy working with people, this position might be good for you.
  • Payroll Tax Specialist. Our Tax Specialists provide payroll tax management and filing services for our payroll clients. If you have a background in tax compliance and enjoy details and deadlines, this position may be for you.

Employee Training

JULY enjoys helping their employees achieve their highest potential, so we provide a comprehensive training program for both new and experienced employees through a blend of classroom and on-the-job training. Our classroom training includes monthly in-house seminars, led by senior consultants and company management, and periodic full- and multi-day seminars, led by outside instructors who are experts in their fields. We also provide employees with mentors and team leaders to help them with on-the-job learning.
