President & Chief Executive Officer
|
|
Jim founded July Business Services in 1994, after practicing
as a Certified Public Accountant and providing retirement plan services for
more than twenty five years. Jim's extensive experience has provided him with a
depth of knowledge and expertise in designing and providing administration
services to qualified retirement plans. This experience has given Jim the
background and foundation to lead July in serving the retirement plan
marketplace.
As CEO, Jim is primarily involved in the strategic management and operation of
July Business Services, including sales and marketing, operations, and other
business critical services. He is also directly involved in growing and
building July's sales and marketing efforts, including building relationships
with key partners, referral sources, and vendors.
Jim has a background in income tax planning and compliance, and he has a B.B.A.
in Accounting from Baylor University. He is a frequent speaker on retirement
plan topics for financial consultants and other industry organizations, and has
been a past speaker at U.S. Department of Labor training sessions. |

Vice President &
Chief Operating Officer

John
was co-founder of July Business Services in 1994, and has worked with qualified
retirement plans for more than twelve years. He has worked extensively with
clients and referral sources designing retirement plans and providing
day-to-day administrative services.
As Chief Operating Officer, John is directly involved in the management,
marketing and operation of July Business Services. He has worked extensively in
the development of daily valuation recordkeeping alliances, July's in-house
daily valuation system, and the firm's technology and strategic developments.
John is also directly responsible for creating and maintaining communication
and marketing materials, including printed proposals, brochures, and on-line
communications.
Prior to founding July, John received his B.B.A. in Accounting and his Masters
of Tax from Baylor University, and practiced as a Certified Public Accountant
providing tax compliance and consulting services. He has been a speaker on
retirement plan topics for financial consultants and industry organizations. He
has also served on various discussion panels at industry conferences for key
partners and vendors.

Chief Administrative Officer
|
Blake joined July in 1996, and has eight years of
industry experience, including day-to-day plan administration, plan design and
document consulting, and working directly with investment advisors and referral
sources. Blake became a July shareholder in 2001, because of his significant
contributions to the firm's growth and development.
In his current role as Chief Administrative Officer, Blake is directly
responsible for the day-to-day management and coordination of all client
projects, including management of client service departments and teams. He is
responsible for scheduling, work-load balancing, and generation of project
revenue. Blake maintains an active role in quality control by reviewing client
projects and reports. He is also heavily involved in management decisions and
participates in the hiring and training of July personnel.
Blake is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Baylor University with a B.B.A in
Accounting and holds a Master of Accountancy. Blake is also a Certified Public
Accountant.

Chief Strategy Officer

Dan is the Chief Strategy Officer and a Principal of July. Mr. McReynolds is
responsible for the teams that comprise Plan Implementation, Client Services,
Distributions and Sales & Marketing
McReynolds is an investment committee member of London-based Plutus Capital
Management, LLP. Its most recent fund (Transeo - $500M*) deploys hybrid,
multi-industry global investment strategies that are at the intersection of
Hedge Fund and Private Equity investing. He is also a director and partner of
Velocity Advisors, Inc. a buyout advisory and investment firm. Mr. McReynolds
is managing director of DGC Holdings, LLC a holding company and private
investment and consulting firm which he founded advising senior management and
directors of global companies in North America and Europe through all stages of
acquisition and value-creation. From 1989 to 1993, McReynolds was a Senior
Consultant, Director of International Consulting and Vice President of Perryman
Consultants G.E. International, providing econometric, financial and managerial
consulting for the executive management and directors of Fortune 1000
companies, regulatory bodies and governments across North America and Asia.
From 1988 to 1990, he was an investment analyst for the portfolio of Family
Life Insurance Company.
Mr. McReynolds holds a BBA in Economics and Finance from the Baylor University
Hankamer School of Business and a Juris Doctorate from Baylor Law School
