Implementation Support

After the sale, we provide you and your client with a dedicated consultant to assist with making the setup or conversion easy.  They collaborate with you to prepare enrollment materials, establish a setup timeline, prepare required employee notices, coordinate the conversion with existing vendors, and handle other key aspects of the setup or conversion process.

Dedicated Technical Support

Once the setup or conversion of your client's plan is complete, you are assigned an experienced, dedicated Client Relationship Manager to handle your day-to-day services needs.  Your CRM's job is to ensure you and your client are satisfied and to respond timely to your needs.
