SoloDB Getting Started

Ready to set up your SoloDB plan? Please proceed with the instructions below:

STEP 1: Click here to request a Proposal

Logon to our proposal center to request and download a SoloDB Proposal. Review the proposal carefully and complete Steps 2 and 3 below.

STEP 2: Complete & Sign the Setup Form

After you have downloaded your proposal, you will need to complete and sign the SoloDB Setup Form enclosed with the proposal. This contains information about how you wish to establish your plan, including plan provisions and investment choices. Your investment advisor will help you choose your plan's investments. Upon receipt of the setup form and the one-time setup fee, we will produce the plan document for your SoloDB Plan.

STEP 3: Sign & Return Plan Document

The final step in establishing your SoloDB Plan is to sign and return your plan document and other related forms. This document is required by law for you to have a valid plan and must be signed before the tax year-end in which you wish to begin claiming tax deductions for plan contributions.
