July Business Services (JULY) is seeking an individual for Client Service Specialist. In this role, you will enjoy the unique challenge of working with other retirement plan professionals to support the service needs of our retirement plan clients. The Gig
- Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors and advisors for an assigned group of recordkeeping only plans
- Demonstrate teamwork by working in congruence with Client Service Managers to provide WOW service
- Respond to incoming phone calls, emails and chats from plan sponsors and advisors in a timely manner
- Serve as the subject matter expert for payroll upload inquiries
- Request information from plan sponsors and advisors as needed by other departments
- Obtain missing signatures for plan documents and amendments
- Monitor and pro-actively communicate annual compliance project needs, deadlines and filings
- Maintain knowledge regarding industry trends and legislative/regulatory requirements and changes
- Prioritize, research and resolve client questions related to technology, payroll and other plan related matters
- Coordinate with internal and external partners as needed to support operational compliance
- Participate in on-going training to gain comprehensive knowledge of retirement plans
- Communicate effectively, professionally and knowledgably with plan sponsors and advisors
- Maintain documentation on client projects and responses within JULYs software
- Ad hoc projects and tasks as needed
