We are seeking individuals for a work-from-home position as Manager – ERISA.  This person will be the lead person responsible for managing the production of all ERISA related projects including plan documents, restatement projects, amendments, EPCRS projects, and qualified domestic relations orders to ensure accurately and timely completion of all projects.  JULY is a growing firm that believes in hard work, high-touch service, creating innovative products and services, building strong relationships, and giving back to others.

Primary Job Objectives

  • Manage ERISA production team to ensure accurate and timely completion of all plan documents and amendments
  • Research complex ERISA matters to ensure correct handling in plan documents
  • Manage production of safe harbor and automatic enrollment plan notices
  • Manage production of legislative amendments
  • Manage production of plan restatements
  • Manage and complete all EPCRS related projects including Voluntary Correction Program and Self-Correction Program
  • Review and qualify all Qualified Domestic Relations Orders
  • Manage and assist with IRS and DOL Audits or Reviews

Other Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with team members to improve departmental processes
  • Help meet individual, departmental, and company key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Use Zoom and Microsoft Teams for video conferencing with team members

Skills / Experience / Credentials

  • 3-5 Years Retirement Plan Experience
  • ERPA, QKA, or other retirement plan credential a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work and see tasks through to completion
