Senior Manager of Distributions

Job Description

As a Senior Manager of Distributions at JULY you will enjoy the unique challenge of putting your retirement plan experience and background to work alongside a team of other retirement plan professionals to support the daily distribution needs of our retirement plan clients and their investment advisors.  In this role you will report to the Senior Director of Recordkeeping Services and play a key role in managing the distribution operations for JULY.

The Gig

  • Manage the JULY Distribution Team, provide guidance and ensure that all daily work is completed.
  • Serve as the primary distribution contact and provide training and guidance to the DataPath distribution department.
  • Manage all distribution forms and modify and create new forms when needed.
  • Manage all distribution metrics and KPIs.
  • Work alongside the process improvement team to propose distribution process enhancements and provide key insight and testing to all distribution processes changed prior to release.
  • Build relationships with other department leaders and managers.
  • Maintain knowledge regarding industry trends and legislative/regulatory requirements and changes.

Our Needs

  • 5 or more years of retirement plan experience with in-depth knowledge of distribution, recordkeeping transactions, and customer service.
  • Experience with FIS Relius recordkeeping system preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred.
  • Certifications through ASPPA, including QKA or equivalent or willingness to work towards credentials.
