  • Plan Consulting.  Our retirement plan consultants interact directly with company owners and management, helping them design and maintain retirement plans for their employees.
  • Marketing & Sales.  Marketing and sales consultants work with financial consultants and other intermediaries, providing technical and sales support to prospective clients.
  • New Business Specialists.  Our New Business Team helps coordinate the setup of new plans and the conversion of existing plans from their current retirement vendor.
  • Disbursement Coordinator. Our Disbursements Team helps with the calculation and processing of distributions and plan loans for participants.
  • Plan Recordkeeper. Our Plan Recordkeepers work with our internet-based retirement system to process and reconcile daily financial transactions.

Employee Training

We believe in helping people reach their potential. At JULY we provide a comprehensive training program for both new and experienced employees through a blend of classroom and on-the-job training. Our classroom training includes monthly, in-house seminars led by senior consultants and company management and periodic full and multi-day seminars led by outside instructors who are experts in their fields. We also provide employees with mentors and team leaders to help them with on-the-job learning.
