Gibbs as the new Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Gibbs brings to JULY a wealth of experience, having served as a talent leadership partner and holding a master’s degree in human resource management and development as well as dual certifications. Gibbs held HR leadership positions in both publicly and privately held organizations of various sizes and industries. Gibbs held key roles at Smart Start – Global IID Family of Companies, Dallas Children’s Advocacy Center, Virgin Pulse – SimplyWell, JPMorgan Chase – Chase Paymentech, and Grant Thornton. Her experience creating and executing HR roadmaps, coupled with a proven ability to make significant contributions through superior leadership and internal client service, position her as a key asset for JULY’s continued growth.

In 2023, JULY marked a series of strategic milestones by successfully acquiring four firms, solidifying its position as a leader in the small to mid-sized 401(k) plan space.
