Florence “Flo” Huang is an Internal Sales Consultant at JULY, partnering closely with advisors and plan sponsors to design retirement plans that meet both employer objectives and participant needs. Based in Bergen County, New Jersey, Flo works alongside her external sales partner to deliver consultative guidance, technical insight, and responsive support across all aspects of retirement plan strategy.

With 11 years of experience in the financial services industry, Flo brings a strong foundation in client relationships and technology-driven solutions. She is passionate about helping advisors navigate complex retirement plan concepts and translating them into clear, actionable strategies. Her approach is rooted in service, collaboration, and a deep understanding of the day-to-day realities advisors face.

Prior to joining JULY in 2025, Flo held roles at JPMorgan as a Models Client Advisor, at Goldman Sachs as a Regional Consultant, and at Jackson National as an Internal Wholesaler. Throughout her career, she has been recognized for her communication skills, speaking at conferences nationwide and earning multiple presentation competition awards.

Flo’s commitment to the industry is personal as well as professional.
